Important:
- You must join the session from a smartphone, tablet, or computer that allows you to connect via video and view shared screens.
- Before your session, please send us a few photos to help us better understand your tools.
What to send:
- A photo of the storage area for your battery-powered landscaping equipment.
- A photo of each type of battery-powered equipment you use (chainsaws, brush cutters, leaf blowers, hedge trimmers, lawn mowers, cut-off saws).
- Include any indicator or warning lights or displays, if visible.
- Only one photo per type is needed.

We have invited a limited number of people and we are counting on your timely attendance and participation for completion of our study. Your opinions are very important to us. If for any reason you cannot make this appointment, please respond upon receipt of this letter so that we may find a replacement for you.
All of our studies are conducted strictly for research purposes. At no time will anyone attempt to sell you any product or service nor will your name be supplied to any manufacturer for sales purposes. Finally, it is likely that the session will be audio and video taped for record keeping and reviewing purposes.
