Before You Join (Important)
To ensure a smooth session, please review the following:
- Use a desktop or laptop computer (phones/tablets will not work)
- Use Chrome (preferred), Firefox, or Edge
- Restart your computer before joining
- Close other apps and browser tabs
- Use headphones with a microphone if possible
- Join 10–15 minutes early using your Zoom link
- Be in a quiet, well‑lit space with no distractions

We have invited a limited number of people and we are counting on your timely attendance and participation for completion of our study. Your opinions are very important to us. If for any reason you cannot make this appointment, please respond upon receipt of this letter so that we may find a replacement for you.
All of our groups are conducted strictly for research purposes. At no time will anyone attempt to sell you any product or service nor will your name be supplied to any manufacturer for sales purposes. Finally, it is likely that the group will be audio and video taped for record keeping and reviewing purposes.
