If for any reason you cannot make this appointment, please respond upon receipt of this letter so that we may find a replacement for you.

At no time will anyone attempt to sell you any product or service nor will your name be supplied to any manufacturer for sales purposes. Finally, it is likely that the group will be audio and video taped for record keeping and reviewing purposes.
